About Us
Team

Elizabeth loves a good WOD with barbell and kettlebell movements, but appreciates the need for cardio to be in the mix. She is passionate about cultivating a supportive, accountable, and celebratory community for her athletes. She lives by the quote “If you can't fly, then run; if you can't run then walk; if you can't walk, then crawl; but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” - MLK Jr
Elizabeth’s personal goal for the year is to finally get that muscle up, but has bigger goals for the gym to continue along our path of inclusivity, accountability, and fitness for all.
Outside the gym, Elizabeth is a dedicated mother to two active boys, and has been married to her husband John for over two decades. When not in the gym or cheering on the team at her kid’s sporting events, she enjoys spending time outdoors or immersing herself in a good book.

Andrew is passionate about the simplicity and honesty of CrossFit. He appreciates that the methodology rewards effort and consistency—where real progress is earned through the work you put in.
His coaching style reflects that philosophy: focused on strong fundamentals, a thoughtful approach to each workout, and helping athletes build durable, long-term fitness.
Outside the gym, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors pursuing activities like bouldering, trail running, swimming, hiking, and camping.

He’s known for his love of burpees (yes, really!) and his ability to bring both grit and encouragement to every class. His approach is rooted in one core belief: “Move well, and everything else will take care of itself.”
Outside the gym, Marcus is a devoted husband and proud father of two. When he’s not coaching, you’ll likely find him in the woods or on the water—hunting, fishing, and soaking up life with gratitude and joy.
Marcus’s goal for the year is to inspire at least one person to love themselves enough to fall in love with fitness—a goal that perfectly reflects the heart he brings to this community.

He gravitates toward workouts with barbell cycling or rowing and brings that same energy to his coaching. His approach is rooted in consistency, patience, and celebrating progress—big or small. One of the best pieces of advice he carries with him (and passes on): “Take the small wins. Don’t try to do too much too fast.”
Outside the gym, Austin serves as a full-time police officer and has been happily married for nearly three years. His goal for this year is to step onto the competition floor and become the fittest he’s ever been—something we have no doubt he’ll accomplish.

What keeps her coming back for more? The variety, the intensity, and the way each workout pushes her to grow, year after year. Taylor especially enjoys workouts with cardio elements but doesn’t shy away from a heavy barbell.
She’s known for her steady, supportive coaching style and for reminding athletes that real progress is built through consistency—not perfection. When you train with Taylor, you’ll be met with calm encouragement, smart cues, and a quiet confidence that reflects her own journey with the sport.
