They didn’t walk in with the skills or the knowledge you see in social media highlight reels – they build it here. And while you absolutely will work hard, it’s probably not at all the way you imagine.

Walking In (The Scariest Part Is the Getting Through the Door)
Everyone feels a little nervous walking into their first fitness class. That’s normal and completely expected!. Even the members you see crushing workouts now started out with the same nerves about what awaited them as soon as they crossed that threshold.
But here’s the good news: the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a coach and a gym full of friendly faces. Nobody expects you to know where to go or what to do, that’s our job! Within a few minutes, most people realize it’s even more welcoming than they imagined.
Warm-Up (Nobody Expects Intensity Right Away)
Our small group classes always start with a guided warm-up. It’s simple, approachable, and designed to help you loosen up and prepare for the workout. You’ll go through stretching, light movement, and most likely some fun chatter and a few laughs as everyone gets their day going or shakes off a long day.
This is where uncertainty starts to fade. Everyone, whether it’s their first class or their 500th, begins here together.
The Workout (Scaled for Real People)
This is the part people worry about the most, but it’s actually where the magic happens.
Workouts are written with scaling options for every ability level. That means if one person is running, another might row. If one person might be lifting heavy, someone else can be working on form with lighter weights. You don’t need to keep up with anyone, you just do the version that works for you.
Progress isn’t about beating the person next to you. It’s about your development – being a little stronger, a little more confident, than you were yesterday.
The Coach’s Role (We’ve Got Your Back)
You’re never left to figure things out on your own. Coaches walk you through every movement before class starts, and then they keep an eye on you throughout.
Need help? They’re right there. Want encouragement? They’ll give it. They’ll celebrate the small wins with you — like showing up on a tough day or nailing a movement you didn’t think you could do. They’ll celebrate those big wins with you, hitting a PR or achieving a new skill you’ve been working towards. Their job is to keep you safe, moving well, and feeling good about the effort you put in.
The People (Way More Fun Than You’d Expect)
This is absolutely my favorite part: the people.
Our group fitness classes are full of encouragement, high-fives, and good-natured jokes. No one is competing against you, they’re cheering for you. The friendships that are built in our gym are unlike anything you’ll find anywhere else.
It’s the kind of place where you might come for the workout, but you stay because of the community.
Cool Down & Walk Out (The Best Part Is How You Feel After)
Classes finish with a cool down — some stretching, some chatting, and a chance to catch your breath.
But the real magic happens when you walk out the door. You leave with more energy than you came in with, and a little boost of confidence that sticks with you through the rest of your day. That “I did it” feeling never gets old.
